Experience
Both Austin Austin & Sarah Ray have university degrees in acupuncture. We have over 30 years clinical experience as qualified professionals, and thousands of hours of clinical experience over many thousands of individual treatments, covering a diverse range of conditions seen in adults, children, and the elderly.
Commitment
We care passionately about what we do. We practice traditional therapies but stay up to date with modern thinking. We are members of British Acupuncture Council and you can trust us to be open, honest, and professional.
Guarantees and Insurance
So confident are we in our therapies that if you are unhappy with a consultation or a treatment then we will not charge you, see our guarantee. As members of the British Acupuncture Council, we are trained to the highest levels and have comprehensive insurance.
Two Practitioners
We are both equally able to help, however you may choose to see Sarah a female practitioner, or Austin a male practitioner. We offer each other mutual support and ongoing professional development. We are able to cover each other in emergencies and holidays. One of us can usually see you at very short notice, or if you come with another patient we can see you both at the same time.
