Acupressure

Acupressure uses pressure and massage techniques to stimulate the channels and points. Acupressure is a powerful and effective treatment tool often used with other therapies.

Acupressure is often applied along a channel (meridian) or muscle group as a form of palpation to open the channels, stimulate the muscles and move stagnation. It is used to treat anything acupuncture can, such as sinusitis or the pain of  sciatica. In many instances acupressure can achieve more than acupuncture alone.

The diagrams below show the path of the Gallbladder and Urinary Bladder channels and their associated acupuncture or acupressure points. Acupressure techniques used here may typically help relieve signs & symptoms of sciatica, back pain, and migraines, etc.
